Low Calorie Blackened Redfish

four snapper fillets,3 1/2 ounces each
6 tablespoons of blackened seasoning for fish

Rinse snapper thoroughly and coat with blackened seasoning. Coat fillets well on both sides. Spray cast iron skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Heat skillet on grill over hot coals. When skillet is hot, add snapper. Turn once during cooking. Cook approximately 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested.
