Low Calorie Broiled Marinated Fish steaks

1 1/2 pounds of  fish steaks, cut 1" thick

MARINADE FOR FISH STEAKS:
2 tablespoons of oil
1/3 cup of tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

In a shallow pan, combine oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, bay leaf and parsley. Add fish steaks; cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning occasionally so that steaks are well coated. Remove from marinade. Place on a foil covered broiler pan. Baste with marinade. Place broiler pan about 3" from heat. Broil about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Baste with sauce. Yield: 6 servings.
Approximately 210 calories per serving.
