Low Calorie Crispy Baked Fish Fillets (Low Cholesterol)
1 pound of fish fillets 1/4 teaspoon of salt Dash ground pepper 2 tablespoons of oil 1/3 cup of corn flake crumbs |

Preheat oven to 500ºF. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting.
