Low Calorie Islander Fish Fillets

1 pound of fish fillets
1/2 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoons of  lemon juice
2 teaspoons of orange marmalade
1/3 cup of  mashed bananas
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of  ginger


Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cut fillets into 4-serving size pieces. Place side by side in baking dish large enough to hold fish in a single layer. In medium bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Pour half of mixture evenly over fish. Bake 5-15 minutes or until fish flakes. Remove fish from pan. Serve with remaining sauce.
