Low Calorie Oven Fried Fish

2 cups of  fat-free crackers or bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard powder
1 egg white
2 tablespoons of nonfat milk
1 pound of fish fillet
Lemon wedges


Preheat oven to 400ºF. Process crackers into fine crumbs. Stir dry mustard into crumbs. Beat egg white with milk in a broad shallow bowl. Spread cracker crumbs on plate. Dip fish into egg mixture, then into crumbs, coat all sides. Place on baking sheet and bake about 15 minutes or until coating is crisp and fish flakes.
Serve with lemon wedge.
