Low Calorie Yakasoba

Categories: Low Calorie, Round Steak, Bean Sprouts, Leftovers

Cook and drain according to package directions: 1 cup thin noodles (leftover noodles or spaghetti can be used.

Slice as indicated and have ready;
1/2 to 3/4 pound of  round steak, sliced very thin
2 medium onions, cut in thin wedges
2 medium carrots, slice very thin
1/4 head of cabbage, sliced in strips
2 cups of  fresh or 1 cup of  canned bean sprouts, drained


Heat 2 tablespoons oil and brown meat. Add vegetables in order and stir fry each a few minutes and add favorite seasoning each time. Add noodles last and cook long enough to heat through. Serve over rice or alone. Serves 4.
