Low Calorie Veggie Turkey Burrito

1 1/2 cup of  ground turkey
1 package of  taco seasoning
1/4 cup of cauliflower
1 bell pepper
1 cup of broccoli, chopped
1 cup of carrots
1/2 cup of  celery
1 onion, diced
2 ounces of  green chilies
1 cup of  kidney beans
1/4 cup of  dill pickles, chopped
1 can of corn, drained
10 flour tortillas
20 tablespoons of Heinz BBQ sauce ( 2 tbsp. per serving)
Picante sauce
1 1/4 cup of shredded Lite Line Cheddar cheese (1 oz. per serving)

Combine cauliflower, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and celery in pot, and steam. Brown turkey in skillet and season with taco seasoning. Mix turkey, onion, pickles, garlic, kidney beans, green chilies and corn with steamed chopped vegetables. Add BBQ sauce and mix well. Fill flour tortillas with mixture, sprinkle with cheese and wrap.

At time of serving, heat burrito and sauce in the microwave. Cover heated burrito with sauce and dig in! Serves 10.
