Low Calorie Low Fat Chili

Categories: Low Calorie, Ground Turkey, Chili, Kidney Beans

1 pound of ground turkey
1 medium onion
6 cans tomato sauce
1 large can of kidney beans
1 package of  Williams chili mix

Cook turkey with a little water. When meat is fully cooked, pour in colander and run hot water over meat until all fat is washed from meat. Put back in pan and add onion, tomato sauce, kidney beans and chili mix. Cook slow for about 30 minutes. Great with fat free cheese on top and fat free crackers.
