Low Calorie Holiday Relish

1 cup of water
Sugar substitute = 1 cup sugar
2 cups of  fresh cranberries
1 cup of  chopped pared apple
1 cup of  pineapple tidbits, drained
1 tablespoon of  grated lemon peel
1/2 cup of chopped English walnuts

Put water and cranberries in saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook until skins pop. Turn off heat; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Chill prior to serving. Yield: 9 (1/2 cup) servings. Exchanges: 1/2 fruit and 1 fat. Calories: 65. 100 g = 5 cholesterol, 0 protein, 5 fat. Low sodium (3-4 gm Na): ºF.
