1 pound of ground turkey, browned 1 can of Weight Watchers tomato soup 1 can of pinto beans 1 onion, diced 1/2 green pepper 1 clove garlic 1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning 1/2 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash 1/2 teaspoon of paprika Chili powder and spices to taste |

Combine all ingredients and let cook on medium for one hour then allow to simmer until ready to serve. Simmer at least one hour. 1 g. per 1/2 cup
serving. |
