| Low Calorie Fruit Salad Dressing
1 teaspoon of honey 1 teaspoon of salad oil 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of distilled vinegar 1 to 4 teaspoon of celery seed or poppy seed
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes 1 tablespoon. Calories: 1 tablespoon = 60 calories. Fat Controlled Diet: 1 tablespoon = 5 grams fat. Diabetic Calorie Controlled Diet: 1 serving = 1 fat exchange and 1/2 fruit exchange.
