| Low Calorie Tangy Salad Dressing
1 cup of buttermilk 1 tablespoon of minced onion 1 tablespoon of minced celery 2 teaspoons of chopped chives 1 tablespoon of chili sauce 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Makes 1 1/4 cups. Calories: 1 tablespoon = 5 calories; Fat Controlled Diet: Negligible fat. diabetic and Calorie Controlled diet: 1 tablespoon = free choice.
