Low Calorie Oriental Soup

4 cups of  low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup of fresh bean sprouts
one 6 ounce package of  frozen snow peas, thawed
1/3 cup of  sliced scallions
2 tablespoons of  dry sherry
1/2 cup of  Egg Beaters Cholesterol-free 99% Real Egg Product

In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine broth, bean sprouts and snow peas; simmer, covered, for 2 minutes. Stir in scallions and sherry. Gradually pour in Egg Beaters without stirring. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring once or twice. Makes 6 servings..
