| Sardine & Sour Cream Dip
one 4 1/2 ounce can of smoked sardines one 3 1/4 ounce can of sardines, packed in water, drained 1/4 cup of Formagg sour cream substitute 1 green onion, sliced thin 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Drain smoked sardines and pat them well with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Blend smoked sardines with other sardines, sour cream substitute, green onion, and lemon juice, in a food processor or an electric mixer. Mix until smooth and chill for 1 hour before serving. Makes about 1 cup
