Low Cholesterol Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 cup of sunflower oil
2 tablespoons of molasses
1 tablespoon of honey
1 egg white
3 tablespoons of water
3/4 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup of white flour
1/3 cup of whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of cloves
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped



Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream oil and molasses and honey. Mix in egg white, water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Do not over-mix. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF. for 8-10 minutes or until brown. Yield: 30 servings
