| Potted Mackerel
one 15 ounce can of mackerel, packed in water 1/4 cup of Formagg cream cheese substitute 2 tablespoons of ketchup 1 tablespoon of sliced jalapeno pepper 2 tablespoon of chopped sweet pepper 1 teaspoon of chili powder
In a food processor blend all ingredients together until smooth. Place in small ramekins and chill for 2 hours. Serve as an hors d'oeuvre. Makes about 2 cups
