| Steak Au Poivre w/Cognac
1 pound of boneless steak Freshly ground pepper Oil for grill pan 2 tablespoons of cognac
Rub steak thickly with fresh pepper. wipe ridges pan with oil and grill until done to your taste. Just before serving, spoon cognac over meat and let it heat through. Serves 4
