4 carrots 2 broccoli stems 2 parsnips 1 rutabaga 1 turnip 4 cups of water 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter 2 tablespoons of honey 1 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 teaspoon of cinnamon Parsley
Peel the vegetables and cut into equal width 2 inch pieces. Bring water to boil in saucepan, add vegetables, and simmer covered until tender. In a nonstick skillet melt butter over low heat and add honey, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Toss gently with vegetables and arrange in colorful spokes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serves 6
