Sugar Free Health Buns

1 pkg. of yeast
1/4 cup of melted butter
2 cups of lukewarm skim milk
1 tablespoon of molasses
2 teaspoons of salt
2 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour
2 3/4 cup to 3 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1 3/4 cup of graham flour (may substitute whole wheat)


Place yeast in bowl. Mix the butter and skim milk. Pour over yeast and stir until dissolved. Add the molasses, salt, whole wheat flour, 2 3/4 cups of all purpose flour and graham flour. Mix well. Add enough remaining all purpose flour to make a stiff dough. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, then shape into oblong buns. Place on greased baking sheet and let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake at 400ºF. for 10 - 15 minutes.
