1/2 cup of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of oil 1 tablespoon of honey 1/8 teaspoon of ginger 1 teaspoon of mustard powder 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 pound of turkey breast steaks, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
Combine all ingredients, except turkey. Pour over turkey steaks. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Drain turkey. Cook on both sides over hot coals or in a broiler, 6 - 8 minutes on each side. Brush occasionally with remaining ingredients, if desired. Makes 6 servings
