Chicken Casserole w/Vegetables

1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of milk
2 cups of cubes, cooked chicken
1 cup of rice, uncooked
one pound can of cut green beans, drained
one 2 1/2 ounce jar of sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons of chopped pimento
1 cup of grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup of bread cubes, seasoned with onion powder



In a large saucepan, combine soup and milk, heat just to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chicken, rice, beans, mushrooms, pimento, 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350ºF. for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs, bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
