| | Cinnamon Carrots
1 bunch of carrots Parsley flakes Cinnamon 2 tablespoons of melted margarine salt and pepper
Peel and wash carrots, soak in salted water for 30 minutes. Cut in halves lengthwise. Place in flat skillet in 1/2 cup of water. On a very low flame, cover and cook until tender. Drain and add melted margarine; season and garnish with parsley flakes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. |
