1 1/2 pound of sole or flounder fillets salt and pepper 1 small tomato, diced 2 tablespoons of minced green onion 2 slices of American cheese 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce paprika
Lightly season each fillet with salt and pepper. Combine tomato, green onion, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce, place a spoonful on each fillet. Roll up and place, seam side down, in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle on paprika. Bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF. or until fish flakes easily. Serves 6
