| Brandy Drops
1/2 cup of honey, warmed 1/4 cup of soft butter 1/4 cup of oil 1 egg 3 tablespoons of brandy 2 - 2 1/3 cup of whole wheat flour 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of raisins 1/2 cup of currants 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
Combine and beat well the honey, butter, oil, egg and brandy. Stir together the flour, soda, and salt and add to first mix, mixing thoroughly. Stir in raisins, currants, and nuts. Drop by tablespoonful onto buttered baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF. for 12 or 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies
