Sugar Free Chocolate Cheesecake

1 pound of cottage cheese
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 eggs
4 envelopes of chocolate Alba '77 powder
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
6 packs of Sweet 'N Low
1 teaspoon of chocolate flavoring


Place cottage cheese and vanilla in blender container. Process at low speed until smooth, stopping blender several times and stirring with spatula to mix evenly. Beat eggs until fluffy and light. Add chocolate Alba, cinnamon, sweetener and flavoring, beating until thick. Gradually add the cheese mixture, beating at low speed until smooth. Pour into 8 inch nonstick cake pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 minutes. Chill overnight.
