Peanut Butter Cookies

1/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of Sucaryl (zero-calorie/carb sweetener)
1/3 cup of milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder


Combine butter, peanut butter, and Sucaryl. Blend well. Combine mix, egg, and vanilla. Add to butter mix. Mix flour and baking powder and add to mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in water. Bake at 375ºF. for 10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
