Peanut Candy

2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
3 tablespoons of non-fat dry milk powder
chopped nuts and seeds, for rolling

Blend honey and peanut butter together with spoon. Work in enough milk powder to make a stiff, dry paste. Shape into a square 1/2-inch thick on a board dusted with milk powder. Let set for 1 hour. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes, or shape into balls or 2-inch wide rolls. Roll in chopped nuts and seeds. Wrap and chill.
