| Sugar Free Tapioca Cream
1 egg, separated 2 cups of milk 3 tablespoons of tapioca 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 1 teaspoon of Sucaryl
Mix yolk with a little milk in a saucepan. Add the remaining milk and tapioca. Cook over medium heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Beat egg white to soft peaks and add to hot tapioca. Add vanilla and Sucaryl. Cool and stir. Makes 4 servings
