Three Fruit Jelly

2 cups of frozen blueberries, thawed
1 apple, peeled and cored
1 peach, peeled and quartered
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 envelop of unflavored gelatin
10 packs of Sweet 'n Low


Put blueberries, apple, peach, and water in blender. Process at high speed for  1 minute, or until mixture is smooth. Put in saucepan; add lemon juice and gelatin. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sweetener until dissolved. Pour into 3 sterilized half-pint jars. Seal. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Makes 3 cups of jelly.
