2 - 4 medium potatoes 8 ounces of sauerkraut, drained 1 tablespoon of chopped onion 1/2 pound of bulk sausage or sliced, smoked link sausage milk butter salt and pepper Parmesan cheese
Pare and cook potatoes. Meanwhile, combine sauerkraut and onion and place in casserole. Drain potatoes and mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper. Spread over sausage and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400ºF. for 25 or 30 minutes.
