1 pound of sausage, cooked and drained 6 slices of bread, remove crusts and cube 1/2 pound of sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 4 eggs 2 cups of milk 1 teaspoon of dry mustard 1 teaspoon of salt
In a 4 quart casserole, layer cubes, sausage, and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Beat with whisk. Pour over layers. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 1/2 hours.
