1/2 cup of dried garbanzo beans, cooked 1/2 cup of dried kidney beans, cooked 1/2 cup of dried black beans, cooked 1 cup of yogurt 2 - 4 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/2 cup of instant nonfat milk powder 2 tablespoons of honey 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder 1 teaspoon of basil 3 tablespoons of chives 3 tablespoons of parsley
In a small bowl, whisk yogurt until creamy. Stir lemon juice and milk powder to form smooth paste. Whisk into yogurt. Blend in honey and herbs. Pour this over beans. Toss, cover and refrigerate overnight. |
