Sugar Free Excellent Self Rising Corn Bread

2 1/2 tablespoons of butter
4 eggs
2 cups of buttermilk
2 3/4 cup of self rising corn meal



Heat butter in a 9 inch cast iron skillet in a 400ºF. oven. Beat eggs and add buttermilk. Mix the melted butter into mixture and add corn meal. Pour into hot skillet and bake at 400ºF. for 25 minutes.
