Sugar Free Pumpkin Bread

1 1/2 cup of honey
3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon of oil
4 eggs, beaten
16 ounces of pumpkin
3 cups plus 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of allspice
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of cloves



Cream honey and oil. Add eggs and pumpkin. Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and spices. Add this to pumpkin mix alternately with 1/3 cup water. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350ºF. for 90 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
