1/2 pound of veal cutlet, cut in 1/2 inch strips 1 cup of diced green peppers 1 tablespoon of oil garlic clove, crushed 2 teaspoon of lemon juice a dash of rosemary 1/4 cup of onion flakes 1/2 packet of sugar substitute a dash of thyme
Heat oil in large fry pan. Brown veal strips, add other ingredients, stirring frequently for a couple of minutes on high flame. Reduce heat and cover. Cook until done, about 30 minutes. Delicious with mushrooms.
