one 10 ounce package of frozen strawberries 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup of cold milk 2 eggs 1 heaping cup of crushed ice 1/4 cup of sugar 1 cup of heavy cream
Defrost berries and heat a 1/2 cup of juice to simmer. Put gelatin and liquids in blender top. Cover and blend 40 seconds. Add sugar and eggs, blend 5 seconds. Add berries, cover and blend 5 seconds. Add ice and cream, blend 20 seconds. Pour into oiled 5 cup mild lined with lady fingers or spoon into custard cups with graham cracker crust in bottom. Chill for several hours. Serves 6
