Combine the cookie crumbs, confectioners' sugar, 1 cup of walnuts, corn syrup, rum, and cocoa in a bowl, mix well. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in remaining walnuts. air dry for 1 hour. Store in airtight container in cool place, they will keep for a few weeks. You may also try only 1 cup of nuts. Roll the finished balls in sugar or shredded coconut. |
