Graham Brownies

1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
2 1/4 cups of graham crackers
One 14 ounce can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of chopped walnuts   

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Melt the chocolate in top of double boiler over hot water. Remove from heat and cool slightly. In mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, condensed milk, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and nuts. Line a 8 inch square pan with waxed paper, spread batter in pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool in pan, then cut into squares.

Graham Cracker Brownies 2

One 6 ounce package of  chocolate chips
17 graham crackers, rolled fine
One 15 ounce can of condensed milk
1/4 cup of finely chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 325ºF.  Place ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Pour into well-greased and floured 8 x 8 inch square pan. Bake about 35 minutes until golden brown and springs back to touch. Allow to cool a bit before cutting in squares. Remove immediately from pan. 




Caramel Graham Fudge Brownies 3

1 package of fudge brownie mix
1 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of melted margarine
One 14 ounce package of  caramels
1/3 cup of evaporated milk
3/4 cup of peanut butter chips
3/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of  chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of oil
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350ºF.  In medium bowl combine 1 1/2 cups of the brownie mix, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine; mix well. Press mixture in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 pan. In saucepan combine caramels and milk. Cook until melted. Carefully spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanut butter chips, chocolate chips and 3/4 cup of pecans. Combine remaining brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Beat 50 strokes. Spoon batter over pecans. Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Bake 33 to 38 minutes and cool well. 

Graham Cracker Brownies 4

1 package of graham cracker crumbs
1 bar of melted margarine
1 1/3 cup of sugar
2/3 large packages of chocolate chips
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 large can of evaporated milk

Mix all ingredients together and pour in well-greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 minutes. When cool, frost with chocolate icing. Cut into 2x2 pieces to serve. 

Peanut Butter Graham Crackers 5

Ten 2 1/2 inch square graham crackers
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup of butter
2/3 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of  flour
1/3 cup of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

Spread grahams with peanut butter. Place grahams, peanut butter side up in an 11x7 baking pan, cutting to fit. In small bowl beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix flour, cocoa and baking soda; blend into butter mixture. Spread batter over peanut butter layer. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. 

Graham Cracker Brownies 6

4 cups of graham cracker crumbs (crush with blender for ease)
Two 15ounce cans of condensed milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla
Dash of salt (optional)

Mix crumbs and condensed milk thoroughly. Add vanilla, salt, and bits (it will be hard to stir, that's okay, builds muscles! Spread in rectangular cake pan and bake at 325ºF. for 30-40 minutes.
