Chocolate Mousse Pie 2one 9 inch pie crust, baked
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 egg
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of rum
2 egg whites
2 cups of cool whip (divided in half)
1/2 square of unsweetened chocolate



Melt chocolate chips over hot, not boiling water. Remove from heat and beat in the 1 whole egg and the 2 egg yolks, one at a time. add rum. Beat 2 egg whites, until stiff peaks form. Fold together 1 cup of Cool Whip and the egg yolk mixture and spoon onto the pie crust. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve topped with the remaining 1 cup of Cool whip and shave the unsweetened chocolate over Cool Whip. A light, delicious chocolate pie.
