-= Ingredients =- one 3.4 ounce package of white chocolate fat-free instant pudding mix, such as jell-o 1 cup of sliced strawberries 1 cup of fat-free golden loaf cubes, 1/2 inch cubes such as Entenmann's 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries |
| -= Instructions =- Prepare pudding according to package directions. Spoon 1/4 cup strawberries into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with about 2 1/2tablespoons pudding, 2 tablespoons golden loaf cubes, and 2 tablespoons blueberries. Spoon about 2 1/2 tablespoons pudding over blueberries; top each with 2 tablespoons golden loaf cubes, 1/4 cup raspberries. and about2 1/2 tablespoons pudding. Cover and chill 2 hours.
