Chocolate-Mint Parfait

2 cups of cold milk
1/4 teaspoon of Peppermint extract
one 4 serving size package of  JELL-O chocolate pudding
6 drops of  Green food coloring
1 cup of thawed COOL WHIP Whipped
Crushed Peppermint candy
COOL WHIP Whipped Topping  




POUR milk into medium bowl. Add peppermint extract and pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Gently stir food coloring into the whipped topping. Layer pudding and whipped topping in 6 parfait glasses. REFRIGERATE for 15 minutes. Garnish with additional whipped topping and crushed peppermint candy, if desired. Recipe by: KRAFT WEBSITE
