2 cups of cream
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of bourbon
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with a rotary beater until foamy, then skim off the foam and place in glasses. Continue beating and skimming until all the mixture is used. |
