Banana Tofu Cream

1/2 cup of skim milk
1 banana
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 envelopes of aspartame sweetener
1/2 package of firm tofu (10.5 ounce)
ground nutmeg

 

Combine the skim milk and banana in blender. Process until smooth. Add the vanilla and aspartame sweetener. Process to mix. Add tofu. Process until smooth. Pour into two white wine glasses. Sprinkle surface with nutmeg. Makes 2 servings

 

Each Servings:  Exchange 1 1/2 Skim milk, 1 fat
