Strawberry Shake

1 1/2 cups of skim milk
1/3 cup of fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons of unsweetened orange juice
1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar substitute
1/2 cup of nonfat buttermilk



Combine the skim milk, strawberries, orange juice and sugar substitute in container of an electric blender or food processor. Process until strawberries are pureed and the mixture is frothy. Transfer mixture to a small pitcher. Stir in buttermilk. Pour into individual glasses, and serve immediately.

Each Servings:  1 cup
