Banana Yogurt Nog

1 banana
1 1/2 cups of skim milk
8 ounces of nonfat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
4 envelopes of aspartame sweetener or 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar substitute
3 ice cubes




Combine the banana, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener of your choice in a blender. Process until smooth. With the motor running add ice cubes, one at a time. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass. Makes 4 servings
