Black Raspberry Tofu Cream

1 cup of fresh or frozen black raspberries
1/2 cup of skim milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 envelopes of aspartame sweetener
1/2 package (10.5 ounces) of firm tofu

 

Combine the raspberries and skim milk in a blender. Process until smooth. Add the vanilla, and aspartame sweetener. Process to mix. Add tofu. Process until smooth. Pour into two white wine glasses. Makes 2 servings
