Strawberries Romanoff

1/4 cup of low fat yogurt; put in -custard cup
4 packages of Equal sweetener, up to 5
4 strawberries, fresh or thawed frozen
a dash of nutmeg

 

For each serving, mix yogurt with Equal and a dash of nutmeg. Then add strawberries and stir. Serves 1.
