Cabbage Casserole

1 cup of skim milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of grated cabbage
1/2 cup (1 ounce) of shredded low fat process American cheese
vegetable cooking spray

 

Combine the milk, egg, and salt in a medium bowl, stirring to blend. Fold in cabbage and cheese. Spoon mixture into a 1 quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400ºF. for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings

Each Servings:  1/2 cup
