Chocolate Frappe

1 envelope of hot chocolate mix, no sugar added
3 tablespoons of hot water
1 cup of skim milk
1 cup of crushed ice



In a small bowl, combine the hot chocolate mix and water until a smooth paste forms. Put the milk and crushed ice into a food processor or blender. Using a rubber scraper, pour the chocolate paste over the milk and ice mixture. Process at the highest speed until the ice is liquefied. Serve in tall glasses. Makes 2 servings
