Orange Yogurt Shake

2 cups of skim milk
1 medium banana, sliced
1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa

Combine all of the ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor, process until frothy. Pour into individual glasses, and serve immediately. makes 3 servings
